How to send a copy to the form submitter?

Is there a way to have the form emailed to the person submitting it as well for their records?

You can do that by adding an Autoresponder Email to your form. To do that, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

You also need to add an Email field to your form.
