    I went through this process and I was able to fileshare the key and then clicked sync. I reopened Jotforms on my iPhone but the key does not show up on my device... When i click the Key Icon, I get an Announcement, "Please file share your key through itunes. Click OK when you have completed this."

    This is the same error I was getting prior to taking the steps in itunes that this page details. What are my next steps to get this to work. I did close the app and reopened it, that didn't help. I even signed out and back in and that still didn't work.

    Can you please check if you have the latest version of iTunes before proceeding with the instruction. Please check that first, if you had to update iTunes just follow carefully the instructions and repeat the process. Please let us know if this wasn't the case so we can fix the issue as soon as possible.

    Hi Ardian... I've been spending the past 2 hours trying to figure this out and I am finally making some progress. I realize that the problem with iTunes was that the file was saved as a .txt.  Once I deleted it, I have been able to properly upload the key to itunes and into my app.  

    Then I was having trouble with the actual decryption so i re-created my form several times trying different things... but it's still not working. 

    The form I am currently working with is Insurance Half Sheet. I created a new key for that form and uploaded it properly through iTunes.  When I go to the app to look at an entry, when I click on the KEY ICON, it gives me the option to Decrypt.  When I click that option, the entry is still encrypted.  

    I am using the most current iTunes to answer your first question... I don't think that is the problem at this point.

    The issue with decryption of submissions is usually related to the key that is not correct. Meaning, key that is created (you said you created a new one), will work only for submissions received from that point, it will not work backward (for old submissions).

    So my question is, does your key work when you're viewing submissions from a computer?

    Also, I noticed that newest iTunes 12.7.2 doesn't have App tab anymore and that is something that Apple removed in the last update.

    Here is more info about that:

    "To make it much more clear what the latest iTunes 12.7 has changed, we list them below:

    1. There is no Apps tab in iTunes library (But also no tone tab. Have you noticed it?). So there is no more apps syncing, updating, etc.

    2. There is no Apps tab in Device option, either, so you can not manage your apps on iPhone iPad any like app removing.

    3. The most significant one is that there is no Store tab at the bar of Library, For your, Browse, and Radio. No more app downloading.

    Putting it simply, Apple is staring moving out the app trace from iTunes. Apple official suggests users to use the new App Store on iPhone iPad to redownload them without your computer."

    I guess you're on an older version of iTunes since you still have the App tab.

    We'll wait for your response regarding the testing of your key on submissions on a computer.

    Thank you Nik for that information. While I was waiting, I did some reading on encryption and learned about what you stated above regarding creating new keys. I ended up deleting the app on my phone and then starting over and it is working now!

    I do have one, unrelated question...

    I thought that once I had a paid subscription, the JotForm advertisement would disappear from the bottom of my forms once a client submits a form... how do I get rid of the option for someone to create a form with Jotform and is it possible to remove the "Powered by Jotform" line under the submit button?
