I am not able to upgrade my account.

    I am trying to upgrade my package but it is not doing it.


    My user is id velomedia


    I did pay the $5.00 but it still says that package was reached then u went to the $19.99

    I did check your account and found that you earlier had bronze monthly subscription plan but your subscription payment was not successful on Dec 13, 2017. You seems to have again upgraded your account to Storage monthly subscription plan on Dec 26, 2017.

    Please note that storage plan only gives you unlimited submission storage but does not increase any of your submission limit. Your account is currently over quota as you have exceeded the allowed submission limit. In free / storage plan you can only receive up to 100 submissions but you have already received 127 submissions. 

    I would suggest you to please upgrade your account to higher plan / bronze subscription plan and that should solve your problem. Do get back to us if you would like us to switch your subscription to bronze monthly plan and we will do the needful.
