Form component not working anymore

All of the sudden, the 'Image Radio Buttons' widget is no longer working for any of our forms.  When editing, the message that I see is 'This form component is not available for this form layout'

I've also attached a screenshot to help.

Can this be fixed?  Thank you.

You can switch the form layout to Classic if you want to use the Image Radio Button widget or you can replace it with the Image Choice field for JotForm Cards. Here's a screenshot:
