How can I and my assistant receive notifications?

    I have never been able to successfully send my jotform to me and my assistant 

    You have given me instructions that NEVER worked 

    I always end up getting TWO copies of the same form

    I'm not sure if I understood your questions correctly,Do you want to clone your form? or you want your assistant to be your sub-account user of the form?

    If you want your assistant to be a sub-account user,just go to your myaccount

    then User>Create a New Sub User

    Now click Create New Sub User  and input your assistants email and click select from my form to specify which form you want to share to your assistant.

    No when I receive a certain form - I want to get a copy and I want my assistant to get a copy of the form at the same time

    You can add an extra recipient in your email notification.

    Just go to your Settings>Emails>Notification


    Then add your assistants email then click SAVE.

    To test if your assistant can receive the submissions, click TEST EMAIL.
