Does JotForms provide 2 Factor Authorization?  We keep important customer information in our forms and we do not want it getting in the wrong hands.  We feel 2 Factor Authorization would provide the level of security.

Are you looking to create an approval form workflow? If that is correct, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

No, I don't want anyone to be able to hack our account and log in to see our submitted forms history.  So I want to have 2 Factor Authorization when logging into our account.

Two Factor Authentication, also known as 2FA, two step verification or TFA (as an acronym), is an extra layer of security that is known as "multi factor authentication" that requires not only a password and username but also something that only, a that user has on them, i.e. a piece of information only they should know or have immediately to hand - such as a physical token or a text message to a phone or email with a secondary code.

Unfortunately, we do not offer two-factor authentication. I will make a request to the developers and see if this can be done. I will also let you know when we have an update on this.
