Can't log in anymore

    Hello, 

    I am the administrator of the jotform account for our company, but I can no longer login using our credentials. I was wondering if the site is down for maintenance of if there's a problem with some users accounts. Our account username is kltychristmaswish@gmail.com Please let me know as I need to login soon and download our submissions for this  year.

    There is no account associated with the email address you shared with us. However, upon further checking, that email address is receiving email notifications when the form that belongs to another account is submitted. That account's username is KLTY. You should be able to retrieve the password for that account by utilizing the "Forgot Password?" option from our Login Page — https://www.jotform.com/login

    The requested reset instructions will be sent to the correct email address associated with the account — K***y.t******m@***y.com
