Why am I not receiving emails for new JotForm Customer?

    I just cloned your form and tested it with my gmail account and was able to receive a test submission. The settings are good from what I can see and also your email address is not listed in our bounce list.

    Can you please make another test submission(s) again and see if you are now able to receive Jotform emails. Also, please check your spam folder and see if the email(s) went there.
