I lost the form I was working on when I shutdown my computer.

Hello,

I was working on my form for my wedding make up service then my computer shut down. Now when I log back into my Jot Form account my form and any revisions I made are gone.

Please help me retrieve my form.

Is it any of the two ? You may try cleaning your browser's cache by following the guide on this link http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/. Then login again and see if your forms is now under your My Forms.
