How can I setup shipping based on weight?

I'm thinking of using jotfom for all our needs, as opposed to only part of our needed forms - one change would be needing charges for shipping products

I ship from Israel internationally, calculated by weight

how difficult is that to set up?

After doing some more reading, I see I need to be more specific 

we use both paypal and authorize.net for payment processing

I see you provide detailed instructions for paypal, I'll give that a try first 

how would I set up calculations for shipping charges through authorize?

now after taking a look at PayPal, shipping charges don't seem to be according to weight at all?

Have you checked the shipping option based on weight in both Paypal and Authorize.Net?
