Before I sign up for a subscription I want to make sure I am correct with how I want to use a form.  I have a Customer Survey form.  I plan to sign up for a Silver Plan which would give me 10 subusers.  I want each of our 5 sales people to be able to send the form out and receive a copy of only their customer's submissions.  I want our VP to get all submissions.  I can add a field on the form for "Your Salesperson" and then based on that answer use the "Change Email Recepient" condition to have the submitted form emailed to the actual rep.  I can also have all forms sent to the VP automatically.

    Correct???

    Hello Don,

    Yes, you are correct.

You can create your forms with the main account and share them accordingly to each salesperson. They will be able to see only the forms which you have shared with them specifically. The main account will be able to see all submissions.

Here is a guide to see how to send an email based on users answer: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

If you create your forms with the main account, all the submissions will be emailed to that account without the need to set up anything. If you want to set up a custom email address, see this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
