Hi,
I need to check if my paid plan was canceled.
How can I check that?

Make sure you are logged in to you account and click on this link:
https://jotform.com/myaccount/billing
You will see a Next Billing section. I checked your account and it says scheduled for downgrading. So in 21/01/2018 your account will be downgraded to free plan.
