Can you tell me how to embedd a form to my website.  The programmer that set this up is no longer here and I have no idea how to do it.  If you can call me to walk me through it that would be great.

Basically, you'll just have to grab the embed code from Publish > Embed >  Select which embed code you prefer. If your site developer uses the known platforms like Wordpress, Joomla etc., you can grab the code by clicking the Platforms tab.

If you need an actual screencast, please provide us the website address so we can check how your site was created. Also, share the form URL, we'll try to make a sample screencast for you on how you can embed the code to your site.
