Updates are not showing in published form

I am trying to publish my new jotfrom with the updates. And its not showing the updates when I publish it. 

Are updates now shown on your standalone form or on your embedded form? 

Please provide us an ID of your or the website URL if the form is embedded. Also, please tell us which part of the form is not updated when you publish your form. If possible provide us a screenshot of the form from the form builder and a screenshot of published form.

I have cleared the form cache on your account. Please check if that resolved the issue.
