    Hello,

I have a client who is trying to fill out a form and submit a payment through the Paypal link on this form.  This is not working for him because when he hits the "go to payment page" he is taken to a blank page.  When I test this button through the form on my PC (using Chrome & IE), on an Android phone (using Chrome) and on a MacBook Pro (using Safari), the link seems to work fine - I'm presented with a Paypal login screen along with an option to pay with a credit card as a guest user.

This client is not tech savvy so I do not want to pester him for additional info. Of course I'm worried that others may be seeing this problem and never telling me a about it.  I'm at a loss on what the problem could be or how to fix it.  Also, we have had clients use this form and payment link in the past without a problem.

    Thank you!

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

I just tried this from my end, but I'm unable to reproduce the issue. Please request the user to try viewing your form using Incognito or Private browsing mode, in that case we can rule out the possible browser cache issue.

Also, please try clearing your form's cache and see if that helps.

Let me know how it goes.
