Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED

    Help?  I have been suspended.  I do ask for Driver License numbers in my forms, but have activated the encryption on the form.  Is there another reason I was shut down? I am happy to remove that field and intend on upgrading to a paid account.

    Please advise ASAP as I have a looming deadline for a client.
