Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED - REPLY

    SO, you asked me a question as a response the to my support request for my account being suspended and when I click the view thread in browser, I get:

    Unauthorized Access

    Your account does not have access to this page.
    Please switch or login your account.             

    Of course, I cannot log in and therefore I am starting a new ticket.  I have to admit, this is becoming increasingly frustrating...

    Aside from Driver's license field, Social security number field triggered our anti-phishing system as well.

    In order for us to re-activate your account, you will have to let us know what is the purpose of collecting such information as per our Terms of use since it is considered as sensitive information. Also, you would have to add signature field or/andTerms and conditions field so your users will acknowledge sharing of such sensitive data.

    This form will be sued for collecting information for an insurance agency when a potential buyer is asking for more information for a policy.  I can remove the DL and SS fields all together, but I need access to the account to complete this process.
