We have a jotform integrated with Paypal Express in our website. It suddenly stopped redirecting customers to Paypal for payment. It is just sending the form submission confirmation email. But there is no real time payment happening.
Last it work was around 7pm this afternoon- 12/28/17

I checked your form and calculation is not passing to your payment field since it is not set in Payment integration:
Therefore, whatever is calculated it will not show in Payment:
And since the payment is empty when the form is submitted it will just show Thank you page and it will not redirect to PayPal.
Bottom line, in order to fix this problem, you should set Custom data field to Total Due.

Thanks for your prompt reply! We have fixed the problem.The Amount to be paid field is getting the value through conditions. Some way, one of the condition was messed up.
