Have read the posts regarding Capsule CRM integration - perhaps it would be good to indicate to your paying customers - a clear and defind roadmap for Jotform - there are many feature requests and you are reactive and not proactive!!!

This feature is already been forwarded to the development team, I am sure that they will update us once this feature is already implemented. For now, there is no exact time when this request be release, just one thing is sure, this feature request is already on their "to do" list.

Thank you for your input on a Capsule CRM integration. As discussed on the thread you have posted, the ticket for this request remains open. Meaning that the Development Team is still has this project in on their list.
