Every day, I receive emails from JotForm and every day I press the "Unsubscribe" link.
I'm then assured that I've been unsubscribed, only to find a new one next day.
I was impressed with the trial I did with JotForm and the project is on hold for a short while - I had decided to take out a subscription in the near future, but the ongoing problem with the emails is making me rethink - if I can't even unsubscribe from junk emails then what would happen if I encountered a real problem down the line ?
Please unsubscribe me.
