How can I remove the JotForm marketing messages associated with my form?

    Hi,

I just started using the service to register my clients, so I've asked them for feedback on the form, more than one has replied with either "confusion" or "annoyance" at the jotform marketing messages that are associated with the form (i.e. "now create your own jotform, it's free!).  Since I'm paying for the service, I would have thought that I would not have this associated with my forms.  Can you please advise how I can address this? Where is the setting to remove those messages?

    Thanks in advance,

    Tracy

It is possible to remove the JotForm branding, as you have a Bronze plan. To remove the branding from your forms make sure you are logged in to you account and click in the url below: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

After that locate the JotForm Branding section and un-check the checkbox.

I’ve done this, but am still getting jot form sales messages at the bottom of my emails - see attached - why?
    Thank you,
    Tracy

Unfortunately the image hasn't been uploaded so I am not able to see it. Please clear the cache of your browser and try again. The branding should be removed as soon as you un-check that button.

Also please clear your form's cache. Let us know if the issue persists.
