Text that has "script" as a part of it disappears on the preview form

Please see uploaded screen shots. You can see that the text is not showing up on my preview form the way that it is typed. It seems that the word "script" is disappearing out of the middle of the word "description". Can you help?

That is because the word script is not allowed for security reasons. I am trying to find a workaround and will post it here.

I have cloned your form and I have managed to make the full "description" word appear in the form by adding some span tags and styling in the middle of the word.
