Account Settings & Monthly Form Views

    Hello JotForm team,

    I hired a firm to set up my Shopify website (compassionatecloset.com) which includes a JotForm on the Join Us page. Since I didn't originally set this up myself, is there a way to re-assign any profile settings that may exist to me and to see metrics for how many monthly form views, etc?
