Is it possible to add images as options in a radio button question?

I know it used to be possible, but now it looks like I can't add html in the options anymore. 

Indeed the feature to add the images via HTML in the Radio button was removed. Instead, it was replaced by Image Radio Button widget. This is due to some security issues.
