I cannot change the address (we moved) or email on the account.

    I cannot change the address (we moved)  or email on the account. Says it needs the old email for security purposes but that email does not exist anymore.

    So, how can I update the profile?  I did update the credit card for the renewal. I think.... I can't verify which card it has so I hope my updated card for the renewal was processed.


    Please help me update the account info.

    To change your Jotform accounts email address. You need to go to your Account's Profile page by clicking your Account's Picture then click the "Gear" icon.

    The click "Edit" in the Email field, input your new email address and hit SAVE.

    For your credit card details, you should see the last 4 digit in your BILLING page to see if it is the correct CC info.
