Hi I would like to import my PDF questionnaire to jotform. I click on 'create form' and get two options, Classic or Cards. I click on create a form in Classic and then get 'blank form' and 'use template' options. I click on 'blank form', title it, and then go to a page to build a form. I cannot see anywhere where I can import my PDF or any other form to it. It only asks me to type in questions one by one into blocks. Please help me find the area I need to be in.

You can use JotForm's Fillable PDF Form Creator to import a PDF form - https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/

Please note that the Imported PDF forms cannot be edited. If for some reason your form cannot be imported I would suggest you to create a new form using our Form Builder. This guides can help you to create a form:

Once you create an online form, you can convert it to a Fillable PDF form. More about our Fillable PDF forms you can find inside of this guide:

If you have a web form you can clone it:

    Hope this will help.
