How can I change the style of my form?

I have several clients with JotForm accounts and from my experience the standard blank form is all on one page (no click-thrus).

However, for this one client, I used a template to create their first form. Now every single form follows this click-through format.

It does not matter what template I choose from the template library or if I start with a blank form, they all follow this centered format with click thru after every question. I have not had this experience on any other account. Looks great for the first form I created, but I need to have flexibility.

Any ideas of what is going on here?

Your account is on Card layout as default one, so in order for you to change the layout you can go to Settings-Form settings and switch to Single page layout:

I understood that that is what you're trying to achieve?

    Thank you!

    That worked. Thank you!!!

I see there is also an option for individual forms in Advanced settings. Wonderful!

    Thanks a million!
