Hello, my name is Randy Jeannotte and we have been using your service for about 4 years, I see you have a sale going on. My plan I am currently using costs my $90 per year and I do not use very much of the total allowed capacity. Is my plan going to continue in the future? I notice you now have a free plan, would that be large enough in order for me to continue my business given my small usage?

The plan that you have right now is the Premium Yearly plan which is way cheaper than its equivalent plan that we are currently offering — Bronze Yearly plan.
Just to give you an insight, here are the Bronze Yearly plan's prices:
— $190.00 at its regular rate.
— $114.00 with the current End of Year Sale discount.
— And $95.00 if you are approved for the non-profit or educational discount (50% off) that we offer.
Paid plans (like what you have) is a subscription and it is automatically renewed. It will continue until you decide to cancel it at any time.
If you cancel your subscription, your account will be placed in a free subscription (Starter) which has the following limits:
If you are okay with the following:
— Only 1 sub-user in your account
— Only 5 forms active at the same time
— JotForm Branding showing at the bottom of your form, thank-you page and email alerts
And all the forms in your account do not accumulate a total of 100 submissions, 10 payment submissions, and/or viewed more than 1000 times in a month then you should be good with a free plan.
Fixed limits such as Submission Storage Limit and Upload Space Limit can be controlled within your account since submissions can be deleted to avoid reaching these limits.
To better understand your account usages and limits, please see this guide — Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits
Right now, you are only being charged $90.00 yearly which is still $5.00 less the Bronze Yearly plan at 50% off.
The Premium Yearly plan is being grandfathered into your account and if you downgrade or upgrade to any of our current plans, you can no longer subscribe back to it again because it is no longer available.
I hope the information above helps. Should you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again anytime.
