Creating a product with different options

I'm building a form for custom quotes.

I would like clients to be able to select the product, and size, and if they want, the same product in a different size, and choose how many of each. Any suggestions?

For example, the option to select:

One widget, 5 gallon capacity

Two widgets, 10 gallon capacity each

One fidget, 2 gallon capacity

A check box next to each type of product (widget or fidget) the the option of capacity, and quantity

I'm sure this is in a template somewhere. Any advice/direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You can easily create products when you use payment integrations like Paypal, Stripe and etc. If you are not to collect payments online, use the Purchase Order tool. Adding quantity and other options is also easy. Here's how: http://www.jotform.me/help/225-How-To-Add-Options-In-The-Payment-Form. Pretty much every you require can be done in the payment tool.
