I went through these steps because i have received payments from people filling out my application but have not received the applications. Like I said, I changed the settings but I still haven't received the two applications that have already been sent, how do I get those?

Check your spam folder, if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM.
As mentioned on your original thread, it could be that your custom sender name was not verified which might be the cause of this issue. Please try using the default sender email instead:
