Unable to update payment method in order to use sale price

    We have unsuccessfully tried to update our payment history in order to take advantage of the sale price of $114 for the bronze package. We have attempted 4 times today, 12-30-17, to purchase at this price. Please contact me back on how to remedy this so we can purchase at the sale price.

        I found under account where to change payment method.

    Just to let you know, your current grandfathered plan is better than the 2017 end of year sale. You are paying $9.95 per month, and the price will never increase.

    The 2017 end of year sale only offers 50% on the first payment only, that means that the next charges will bet at the full price.
