Hi
Our form is
https://www.jotform.com/build/73577684784174
The sublabel for the question, "How buyers can contact you. . ."
does not wrap, so it goes right off the form here:
https://form.jotform.com/73577684784174
even though it wraps OK in build mode.
I sent a note a few minutes ago about the sublabel on the date field being too narrow (width of date field instead of width of other fields), so it needlessly wraps to other lines. After I changed some other (totally unrelated) things on the form, that fixed itself.
Seems like sublabels are being goofy.
Thanks!
Thanks
Robert

Please inject the following CSS code to your form to align the sub-label text.
.form-sub-label-container {
white-space: normal;
}
This is how it should be displaying after injecting the CSS code to the form.
Thank you!

Hi
I tried that (and I hit SAVE), but it did not work.
Thanks

I checked your form and the sublabel is showing as my colleague showed:
On the left-hand-side is in edit mode, and on right-hand-side is on a preview.
If you're still experiencing this issue please let us know.
Thank you!

Hi
Thanks for checking.
The images you show (and that your colleague previously showed) are not the field I asked about. Here is my prior note (yellow highlight added):
"I sent a note a few minutes ago about the sublabel on the date field being too narrow (width of date field instead of width of other fields)"
Here it is in preview mode:
Here it is in published mode:
Thanks!
best wishes
Robert

Inject the following CSS code to your form:
#cid_33 .form-sub-label {
max-width: 270px;
width: 270px;
}After that, the label should look like you want it.

This is odd. I see your reply in the email I received (pasted below the ======== ) but it does not appear in the ticket thread. Well, now it does, from me pasting it in. Maybe there is a glitch in the system that needs to be checked?
