I think you will have to configure that with your Square account. JotForm will only send the configured email notifications in your form containing the submissions data as well as the payment information. If you want receipts from Square, this guide from Square might help https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5070-send-digital-receipts.

Users are getting two emails - one about the form submission data and one with payment information. I am assuming the second one is coming because i have set it as such in the payment widget (although the toggle button was not earlier setting to Yes). The payment information email is coming from noreply@jotform. Folks don't know what that is and therefore i was wondering if we can get it come from one of our email addresses (same as the from address of the other email with submission data).

If the email is coming from JotForm, then that is the autoresponder email set on the form. You may change the sender email address to your own personal email address provided that your email account allows SMTP. You will need to get from them the information for your SMTP configuration, or you can tell us the email address that you would like to use as your sender email, so we can assist you step by step on how to achieve this.
In any case, here are some guides you can look into to know how to add SMTP for your email sender:

We shall wait for your response.
