Conditions: pages either get disabled or aren't recognized once I make the selection on a page

Hello,

Whenever I look at the form I created on the mobile phone version (landscape and vertical), after page # 8, most of my changes are not saved.  Everything is fine on the other versions, just not the mobile versions.  Several pages either get disabled or aren't recognized once I make the selection on page 8.  AM I doing something wrong?

I have checked your JotForm on a PC and Mobile emulator and see that it is displaying and working correctly at my end. As I check the form, I see that there are some conditions set on the form to hide some fields based on the selection of the option for Select Style field. Are you still experiencing the issue with the form? If so, could you provide us with more information that you are referring to the changes that are not saved?

Yes still experiencing the issue.
Once I get to page 8, I should be able to select one of the options
(maintenance, basic sew in, etc.) but only one or two pages show up once I
select any style on the mobile version.
Maintenance should show the related maintenance screen, basic sew in should
show the related basic sew in screen.
What’s odd is if I go straight to select style on the mobile version,
everything works. It doesn’t flow correctly from the beginning..
If you test the pc version from select style, everything works. Do I need
to start over?

Just looking at your conditions. You are using allot of show/hide conditions. I believe the problem is occurring because of conflicting conditions.

Instead of creating conditions to hide fields you should instead only use conditions to show them. That's because when you set a field to show, it will automatically hide the fields until the condition is true.

So may I suggest you go over your conditions and change them? That would simplify your form. And make it easier to fix.
