Is the form creation process accessible with screen reading software?

I need to create a fomr for my business using a template provided in JotForm. I’m blind and am using JAWS 2018, but I’m having trouble accessing the form creation process. I cannot upload my logo, change the text on certain fields, or tab through the form. This edit field for your contact form is not navigable with JAWS, so hopefully you receive this. Also, I cannot upload a screen shot, since that browse button won’t activate using the keyboard.

I am not sure if JoForm is 100% screen reader accessible. I have forwarded this concern to our back-end team. You will be updated via this thread.
