Why is my account autosuspended?

i was AUTOSUSPENDED Can u help me??

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Staff App" has fields like "hacker" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

I have gone ahead and deleted the suspected field and activated your account again. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
