I would like to know why I was downgraded when the transaction pushed through in the credit card that I used for the transaction.

I did check your account and found that the last subscription payment for bronze monthly was received on Oct 26, 2017. Your subscription was not successful on Nov 26, 2017 and your account was downgraded to free plan on Dec 03, 2017.
We have not received any payment after Oct 26, 2017. I would suggest you to please go ahead and upgrade your account again to desired plan. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
