WE USE YOU TEMPLATES TO BUILD FORMS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. AND ODCOURSE THE DELIVERY REPORT INDICATES THE ORIGIN OF THE FORM. IT'S POSSIBL;E FOR US TO REPLCE YOUR NAME WITH OURS?.

We do see that you have a FREE account with us and one of the options you would have to solve the issue that you have described would be to deploy Jotform in your own server and have complete control over your data and the application.
For JotForm licensed concerns please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can contact them directly here: http://interlogy.com/contact.html
If that is not an option for you, can you please specify the issue (what information from JotForm are your customers receiving) and provide us the URL of the form so that we can further look for a solution for you.

Alternatively, you may change the Sender Name & Email of your form notification to use a value entered by your visitors, but you will have to ensure that our mail servers' IP addresses are added to your whitelist, especially if your email provider implements very strict anti-spam measures.
The JotForm logo can be changed as well. Here's a reference guide on how to do it:
