How to insert a reset button?

Can you please explain your issue. I tested the reset button and it was working fine in my case. Please provide more information like the url of the form and a screenshot of the issue if possible.

Sorry, I was trying to search for how to insert a reset button and by mistake posted a question. I have now found out how to do it.
