    How can I remove a button style and upload my own image?

    I suppose you are talking about the Submit button. One approach would be to Inject Custom CSS for that button.
    See the guide on How to Inject Custom CSS code: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Below, you can find CSS code that changes the appearance of the Submit button and puts a background image.

    .form-submit-button {

        background-color: transparent;

        background-image: url(http://placehold.it/500x500);

        border: 0;

        background-size: cover;

        background-position: center;

        color: red;

    }

    You change the URL with the URL of your desired image.

    Another option is to use the Advanced Designer

    Also where is the source html code for the forms?

    You can download the source code of your forms in the PUBLISH tab of your forms.

    I put the CSS code in but the outline of the old button is still there – see below… How can I remove this outline?

    Please use this CSS Code to remove the borders from the button.

    .form-all .form-submit-button {

        border: none !important;

        box-shadow: none !important;

    }
