Inability for sub-accounts to create forms in the paid account. Of my sub accounts I have a couple users who are power users. The want to create forms when they want to create forms. Since there is no way to create forms in the paid account, they either have to wait for IT to create the form or build it in their free account and hope they don't hit the limit (they have hit the limit and its caused problems). Because of management and finance needs I don't want a number of paid accounts without the ability to have a central admin/billing user connected. That way if an employee leaves or is on vacation we can immediately access the form.

Please note that the "sub-user" feature is not meant to inherit account benefits. This feature is just meant to share your forms with someone else: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

What they can do is to transfer ownership of all their forms to your account:

transfer form and data from sub user Screenshot 10

In order to free up the "form creation" limit. Let us know if you have more questions.
