I would like a Visual Report of submissions made on my site on a password protected page. This report will show submissions made daily, monthly, yearly. Is it possible to set up this Visual Report up only once?
Or do I have to keep going through the Report Wizard everytime I want updated submissions total?
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Create a Visual Report with Your Form Submissions

Hello. You don't need to go though the report wizard every time. Once you have created a report, you can view the report when you click Reports on the tools on top of the list of forms on My Forms page. Click the magnifying glass icon will send you to the report you have created.
Creating a report with password protect
First create your visual report. Once done, you can click Share Report on the upper left of the Report builder page, a pop-up will appear.
On the pop-up will be the Share By URL link. You can password protect this link by checking the Password Protect checkbox.
Or you can embed this report on your own web page via iframe. Simply copy the iframe code at the bottom of the Share Report window and paste it on your web page.
What's not possible at the moment is creating a visual report that will provide data of submissions per month, per day, or annual. Currently, visual reports can only show a grid of data of all submissions, not as batched on a daily, or monthly, or yearly basis. For now, what it shows is all the submissions received by the form.
Perhaps we can add a feature that can do this in the near future so I will forward a feature request to the development team. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee if this feature request can be approved or when it can be implemented. Rest assured, as soon as we have the feature, we'll let you know right away.
If you have other questions, please do let us know.

You should setup visual report only once and when you get new submissions it will be updated automatically.

To bypass this problem, is it possible to create several reports into one? For example, a report specifically for cumulative total, a report of submissions received for the week and submissions received within a month?

When thinking about your request, it is not possible at this time to have a report of three reports. Also, our reports do not have the flexibility to produce a cumulative total of submissions.
You could add a unique ID (invisible to the user) to the form, this number increments with each submission so by looking at this number you can know the number of submissions. you would have to reset the number manually to restart the count. Here is some more information on this field.
Also, inorder to have a more complete report available, you can always share the submission's page.
Here is a visual guide of what it can offer:

Was it enhanced at this time the ability to see all kind of reports, based on timelines in external website ?
Can report be presented based on specific dates ? from/ to ?

You can actually create as many visual reports you want. It is also now possible to increase the length of your visual report page.
Unfortunately we do not have date options in the report other than creating a Text. Example:
If you have any further questions, we'd suggest you to please create another thread. Thank you!
