What are the data types of the form fields used in API integration?

I'm using the API to download our submission data. I want to store the answers locally in a SQL Server database. I'd like to know what the data types are for the form fields. Knowing will help me create my DB table to properly hold the data.

For example, how much text can be stored in the First and Last name of a Full Name field. Same question about the address components of an address field. Likewise, how many characters can be stored in a Short Text Entry, Long Text Entry, and Text field?
