Uploaded files are not going to dropbox

    I integrated a form with dropbox. The integration is fine and I can see the jotform folder on DB. But when I uploaded archives for testing they did not go to DB. They appear on my reports though. By the way, when I upload files to DB does they count on your limit too? And how about sending count, is it per form or total?

    Our developers are aware of this issue and are working on it.

    The current API limit is supposed to 150MB per file, but it seems Dropbox has set a temporary limit on it. So it seems only files less than 5 MB will go through.

    We have hope to have this resolved as soon as possible

    To answer your other questions , yes, each submission and uploaded file counts in any of your forms , as it is taken per account, not per form
