Form is in restore mode

    Can you help with this issue?  I'm getting that message trying to preview or publish my form.  Is my account dormant?

    Apologies for this inconvenience.

    It seems that your account was set to "Dormant" status since you have not recently logged in. I have reactivated your account and you should be able to view your forms now.
