How to summarize responses from multiple entries?

I have created the form to accept multiple addresses from one individual; is there a way to aggregate the responses from all of the submissions into one summary email that is sent to the person who initiated the request so they can confirm what was submitted?  For instance, John submitted addresses for Mary and Steve.  Could John get an email after his final submission that gives him Mary and Steve's addresses in the same email?

You could create the notifications, and add the multiple recipients: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients 

Or, one notification per each recipient, but make sure to enable the "Send on edit" option from the advanced settings of the notification, since I am assuming that you are creating like an approval workflow, where the same submission is submitted more than one time.
