Neither of my forms are updating.

I have been testing your forms and they seem updated, please see the screen-cast below:
I have cleared your forms cache so the latest version of it loads, if you're still not able to get the updates showing up on your form, please share us the link you're using?
If possible, please try replacing the sub domain "form.jotform" with "www.jotform", the changes may be a bit delayed as well, but if they do not show at all after some time, please let us know.
