Google Drive file upload integration not working

    Upon form submission, the entry is captured by your platform, the form data is pushed to the Google Docs spreadsheet and the confirmation emails are triggered all around. Unfortunately, the items uploaded are not found in our Google Drive online storage. Please assist.

    Also, I don't see where to manage the integration like with the dropbox integration (in submission options).

    Hi Shannon,

    It seems to be working fine after testing it just now. Can you please remove the Gdrive Integration, then clear your browser's cache and re-integrate your form once again?

    To remove integration,

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Click Integrations

    3. Select Google Drive and remove the integration.

    Regarding the dropbox integration, you just need to click on the "gear" icon while you are on the submissions page. This guide will help: http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm

    I followed your recommended steps to get it working and now when trying to establish the integration again, I don't have the ability to use one of the form fields for subfolder naming. Also, I already know how to manage the dropbox integration - that wasn't my question. My question was where is the manage screen for the Google Drive integration? I know where it is for Dropbox but cannot locate it for Google Drive. Please advise.

    Hi Team,

    Any resolution on this issue? We're actively taking submissions and would like to reintegrate with the ability to customize the folder settings. Please advise.

    @xcelagency - Every time I setup my integration with Google Drive it works fine for exactly the first hour.  However, after the 60th minute it no longer pushes the submissions up to Google Drive.  Have you experienced this issue as well?  If not, check your Google Drive folder after the first hour of being reconnected and see if you are still getting submissions.  Just curious as I am trying to troubleshoot if there is an issue with my Google drive or Jotform. Thanks.

    Just an FYI - They patched the Google Drive code and now all of my forms are sending submissions successfully.
