Why do my form results not show the text of the questions I've set up in my form?

    The jotform itself looks as I intended when I view it in edit mode & it seems to look as I intended externally. However, when I get the form fill results I see 2 generic questions where I thought I'd typed in 2 unique questions.

    If you have made changes on the email alert settings prior making modifications on your form, it will stop automatically changing the contents of the form automatically. The system triggers a flag that the form owner had made changes and in respect to it, the changes should not be touched due to modifications in the form itself. 

    So if there had been modifications on your form that are no longer part of the email alert, your options would either manually change the email alert's contents (notification/autoresponder), or just delete the current one and replace it by adding a new one.
