    i am trying to request that my account send  me  a password reset but your site does not appear to be sending me this link. can you see what is going on with mysite please

     Hello - I can not reset my password can you please look into my account and tell me why I am not receiving the link.

    I have already looked in the spam and it is not there

    I have to reset my password for account maxwellscny@gmail.com however you are not sending me the link when I am requesting it . It is not doing anything.

    I checked the spam it is not there either.
